Festival session is finally here!!!

 and both me and my sister have a crazy obsession with it and we both know how expensive they can be so last year we deiced to work them which meant sometimes having to sacrificing seeing our favourite bands but it was something we couldn't really complain about because got a FREE TICKET inside the festival and got PAID to work.

So over the years I have attended many festivals such Creamfields, Bestival, Reading, Parklife ect and with all of them i think i have encountered may problem such as over packing, festival flooding, no toilet paper and losing friends and now I think I have created the perfect festival guild for your summer 2014.

1. DO NOT wear play suite, jumpsuit, or onesies unless you believe you will win the battle with the Portaloos then be my guess.

2. BABY WIPS & TOILET PAPER they will be your best friends, trust me.

3. FOOTWEAR you can wear anything you want as long as its NOT sandal, dolly shoes, peep toe, hight heels or any thing too expensive that you don't want get ruin.

4. BRING A JACKET WITH A HOOD because it will get cold or rain and I know no one wants to be dealing with frizzy hair.

5. DO accessorise as in fancy dress, bindi spot, glitter, hats basically the crazier the better because not only will it guarantee you a new friend but in case your friends lose you they will know how to spot you.

6. Talking about losing your friends, arrange a meeting point incase you lose, break, or run out of phone battery, you will always have a back up plan.

7. DON'T bring any valuable that you don't want to lose

8. Sunscreen, Hat, Sunglasses and Water if the weather gets really sunny will need them.

9. BRING I.D. If the festival has under 18 years old you have to bring I.D and coming from a person who has worked as a bartender at festivals being drunk doesn't prove your 18 nor does tattoo, facial hair or the fact that your inside the festivals.

10. PACK LESS you don't need to bring your whole wardrobe plus the wight of it all will be to much to carry and you won't wear most of the stuff you'll bring so narrow down to a few key item and have the best weekend of your life:).

So i've been wanting cleated sole shoe for like for ever but didn't fancy spending a lot of money and i also want one that was right for (as in style and personality) and after spending what felt like years i finally found these bad boys on eBay they were only £39.99 from £49.99  and i know what your thinking £40 is still a lot but you also have to remember £40 is £10 cheaper then £50, so really you just saved yourself £10 WOOPWOOP:)

Drinks with the girls

So me and the only two girls I still talk to from college (Ashlea and Izzy) decided that after not seeing each other in months it was time to catch up to see what was new in each others lives. Lets just say after leaving college my life hasn't really changed part from my best friend leaving me again to go china this week and live there for two years (OK year and a half but two years sounds more dramatic lol) because she HATES the place we live which I don't blame her for because there is noting to do here and she was always bored because if you had to compere her lifestyle from when she was in Leeds to here back home any would feel as if  they have taken two steps back in life, so now i think its time for to really evaluate my life and make goals for myself because 2014 is round the corner.

Saturday night

So on Saturday night my friend Becca invited me to her friend Becca's birthday party in Camden at 'proud'. So before i begin i want to explain have always been the one that knows there limit when it comes to alcohol especially because i start work at 6 am on Sunday and working with a hot oven while under the influence isn't something that i recommend, that why i only per-drink and maybe get the one drink so i can hold while i'm dancing and just sip it all night but if i enter a club and i'm feeling really wasted i will only drink water to help me sober up and i always make sure i find a local fast food restaurant to help me soak up all the alcohol and make sure i drink plenty of water and then i'm fine but for some reason this weekend i didn't control my liquor intake at all and it resulted in me puking my guts out and now i have absolutely no relocation of the night OK maybe i remember 10 minutes but still i came home crying my eyes out, don't ask my i was because i still don't remember but i know nothing bad happened because i was very lucky what there was a man looking after me (i mean while i cried on his shoulder) my but still not my proudest moment. You maybe asking why am i say all this? well would you rather have a good night you remember and can laugh with your friend or would you want one you can't remember because if you can't remember why go out in the first place.

So if your going out this weekend or any day make sure you stay safe.

Saturday 27th July 2013:

I went to friend's baby shower and got court in the rain on my way back

 Monday 29th July 2013:

Went wood green to do a bit of festival shopping. Then enjoyed a nice meal at tinseltown with my cousin.  

Nike jumper (charity shop), River Island bag and skirt, Doc Martins, beanie hat.

Tuesday 30th July 2013:

My sister and I drop off are cousin and her daughter at Kings Cross St Pancras. Then went to King Cross

to visit Platform 9 3/4 and yes Draco Malfoy has a special place in my heart:)

Saturday 3rd August 2013:

Me and my sister went to Holi one colour festival during the weekend and I can honestly say the people and atmosphere there was incredible and can personally say that i really enjoyed it but the only downfall would have to be the powder paint getting everywhere including you underwear lol. but if any one is thinking about going to a paint festival I recommend it but just remember to bring sunglasses no matter the weather or you will end up with dusty paint in your eyes.

 Yesterday:

Well Yesterday Grace, Becca and her brother Matt, Ash and my self went to the re opening of are local pub (The Railway Bell) well lets just say they did a pretty good job because the place looks so posh compared to ant where else in my area.

the night was good a part from bumping in old drama (i would explain but even i still don't understand what the fight was about and it's been going on for nearly two year)
